How does it work?
At Chi HydrAesthetics, we strive to provide seamless and personalized wellness services.
Upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive a link to our secured healthcare portal. These links will include intake forms, questionnaires, consent forms, treatment care plans, and other necessary information.
Once you complete these forms, our licensed nurse practitioner will review them and follow up with you to verify your appointment or request additional information, if needed. On the day of your appointment, a licensed registered nurse will arrive at your location to provide the best possible service within the allotted time.
Our treatments are tailored to meet your individualized needs and are designed to enhance your natural quality of life.
Do you accept health insurance?
Unfortunately we do not accept health insurance, Medicare nor Medicaid, however, your insurance company might be able to reimburse you if they deem the service a medical necessity. We currently only accept credit/debit card payments. You may also use your FSA (flexible spending account) card through your employer.
How often can I get an IV infusion?
You can get an intravenous therapy as often as your body needs which ultimately depends on how quickly your body metabolizes the ingredients (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants). It may be gotten weekly, biweekly, or every 2 weeks. Do note that this mode of administration guarantees a 100% absorption rate, as the infusion bypasses the gastrointestinal tract. Our healthcare professional will discuss recommendations during your appointment.
Does the needle hurt?
Pain perception is a subjective experience, specifically, in regards to the aversion to needles. At CHA, our clinicians are highly trained, with over ten years of experience in administering IV insertion and IM injections. Our team utilizes precise techniques to provide therapy with minimal to no discomfort.
Where are you located?
Our office is closed to the public. We offer mobile services in the comfort of your private & verified location. A $50 order minimum is required for concierge service and a $20 charge would be added if you are outside the city center. Your practitioner will inform you of these fees upon appointment verification.
