 Chinazor, MSN,  APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified and a goal-oriented nurse practitioner. As a registered nurse with 10 years of nursing experience, she has a wide range of clinical patient care experience in surgical-trauma, neurology, general surgery, gastroenterology, and ENT (ears, nose & throat). 

China graduated Summa Cum Laude from Resurrection University in 2020 where she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree after which she decided that she wanted to focus primarily in medical aesthetics and wellness. 

China believes in taking charge of your health and recognizes that achieving one's overall wellness and aesthetic goals should not be farfetched. China wants everyone to look and feel their best while attaining natural-looking results.

Dr. Idrees Mohiuddin graduated from the Windsor University School of Medicine in 2013. He received his medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He has been practicing as a Hospitalist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Toledo Medical Center since 2017. He also has been practicing as a telemedicine physician with multiple platforms. 

 Our service clinicians are made up of highly skilled and compassionate registered nurses who have received formal training to earn a Bachelors or Masters of Science in Nursing and have years of clinical experience in various specialty areas. They are the driving forces behind CHA and we are pleased to have them at the forefront.
