CANCELATION POLICY
We ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment in order to receive a full refund. Any cancelations made within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in cancelation fees of 50% the cost of your service. There are no deposit refunds for missed/no show appointments.
TRAVEL & PARKING
Our concierge services are mobile and are at no extra cost to you if you are within a 10-mile radius from our mailing address (1130 s Canal street). If your service location is greater than 10 miles, you will incur a $20 travel fee which would be added to your total. You will be notified of this charge upon appointment verification. Should paid-parking be required at your place of service, you will be responsible for reimbursing Chi HydrAesthetics. This fee would be added to your total. A $50 order minimum is needed for a concierge visit.
HOUSE RULES
We ask that you put all pets away and that your treatment area be free of clutter. Be decently dressed and free of drug and/or alcohol intoxication. Please note that you are not allowed to change service location after your appointment has been verified by a CHA provider. We will allow a 10-minute grace period if you are late, for which you must communicate with treatment staff. We reserve the right to charge you 50% of your total service fee if we are unable to carry out the service for the above reasons.
IV infusion and injectable therapy and any claims made about these treatments have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical disease. These IV treatments are not FDA approved for any given indications of treatment and are not considered a medical necessity. You are to continue to remain under the care of a licensed and qualified primary care provider and/or mental health provider as IV infusion and injection therapy is considered an adjunctive and non-medically necessary treatment option, not a complete one.
