CANCELATION POLICY
We ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment in order to receive a full refund. Any cancelations made within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in cancelation fees of 50% the cost of your service. There are no deposit refunds for missed/no show appointments.
TRAVEL & PARKING
Our concierge services are mobile and are at no extra cost to you if you are within a 10-mile radius from our mailing address (1130 s Canal street). If your service location is greater than 10 miles, you will incur a $20 travel fee which would be added to your total. You will be notified of this charge upon appointment verification. Should paid-parking be required at your place of service, you will be responsible for reimbursing Chi HydrAesthetics. This fee would be added to your total. A $50 order minimum is needed for a concierge visit.
HOUSE RULES
We ask that you put all pets away and that your treatment area be free of clutter. Be decently dressed and free of drug and/or alcohol intoxication. Please note that you are not allowed to change service location after your appointment has been verified by a CHA provider. We will allow a 10-minute grace period if you are late, for which you must communicate with treatment staff. We reserve the right to charge you 50% of your total service fee if we are unable to carry out the service for the above reasons.
